Michiko Sato struck the elderly woman in the early hours of Sunday morning, but continued the drive to her home north of Tokyo.Police called at the 23-year-old's home to find the body still sticking out of the car's shattered windscreen.It was only when Sato's boyfriend reported the incident to the police that she was arrested.
